Port of Seattle Terminal 115 - City of Seattle
Client: Port of Seattle
Setting: Port of Seattle Terminal 115
Services provided: A.L.T.A. / A.C.S.M. Land Title Survey for 90 acres of land for sale to a large area shipping company. Group Four, Inc. performed title research related to all property easements, lease holdings and utility locations, as well as flood plain analysis.

Redmond Center – City of Redmond
Client: Nelgroup Limited Partnership & Quinton 83rd Mall, LLC
Setting: Redmond Center – Commercial & Retail Services Center
Services provided: Boundary and topographic survey of 10.82 acres of land encompassing retail, restaurant, supermarket and surface parking facilities. Additionally, title research services related to all property easements, lease holdings and utility locations were supplied. Group Four, Inc. also provided drainage plans, grading and erosion control plans, drainage calculations, site paving and parking plan design, as well as engineering and building pad preparation for Canyons Restaurant, Staples and Starbucks Coffee.

Crista Ministries High School – City of Shoreline
Client: Crista Ministries
Setting: A 43.53 acre complex, which includes administrative, educational, religious and housing facilities for Crista Ministry associates.
Services provided: Group Four, Inc. performed a topographic survey for the remodel of the 48,758 square foot existing high school, originally constructed in 1913.

L28 Osborne – Snohomish County
Client: Barclays North, Inc.
Setting: 172 lot Single-Family Residential subdivision, encompassing 35.88 acres of land.
Services provided: Boundary and topographic surveying, land use design, preliminary plat and civil permit processing by Snohomish County, construction staking, as-builts and final plat preparation and processing.

Grand Ridge Elementary School – City of Issaquah
Client: Issaquah School District
Setting: Elementary school entrance area
Services provided: Construction staking and as-builts for water, sewer and storm water facility improvements and preparation of associated easement documentation. Services also included the preparation of the boundary and topographic survey for the development of construction documents.

City of Edmonds Water Main Replacement – City of Edmonds
Client: City of Edmonds
Setting: Various locations throughout the City of Edmonds.
Services provided: Topographic surveys for the demolition, design and construction of various water mains throughout the City of Edmonds. At the present time, Group Four, Inc. is the City’s primary roster surveyor.
